Top chests are designed to be mounted on a work bench or on a roller cabinet (AKA roll cab) and are the most common form of tool chest used by motor mechanics and professional around the world.

 Sizes of top chest tool boxes vary though are typically 26" and 40" wide and all brands typically fit onto each other. The main variables are build quality height depth and color.
